Money affects almost every part of life, yet for many people it’s tied to stress, shame, anxiety, and confusion. You may feel overwhelmed when looking at your finances, caught in cycles of overspending or avoidance, or constantly worried that you’re not doing enough or will never have enough.

The truth is that financial struggles are rarely just about numbers. They are often connected to deeper emotional patterns, past experiences, and the way we learned to relate to safety, worth, and security.

 

The Money Sanctuary is a place to explore and heal that relationship.

Here, money is not treated as a moral issue or a personal failure. Instead, we approach it with curiosity, compassion, and practical tools that support both emotional wellbeing and financial clarity.
