Hi, I'm Luzia Bowden. My path into coaching and wellness counselling grew from a deep interest in understanding how people navigate life’s challenges.
I completed my training at Rhodes Wellness College, earning diplomas in Life Skills Coaching and Wellness Counselling. My training focused on practical counselling tools that support emotional wellbeing, resilience, and personal growth.
My approach is compassionate, grounded, and focused on helping people find clarity and strength during difficult times.
